Bottle from Metro Kolding. Creamy white excellent fully lasting head. Yellow colour. Heavy hopy aroma, with strong nice orange/grape notes. Light bitter flavor. Moderate bitter average finish with nice citrus notes. Oily palate. Nice witt.

60cl bottle: Pours lovely hazy yellow with a large lasting white head. Nose is full of herbs & spices - coriander & medicine. Yeast, wheat, banana & cloves. Lively carbonation. Quite fresh but perhaps a little too spiced for my likings. Overall well made & authentic witbier!

60 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a slowly collapsing white head. Orange peel, mild coriander and wheaty aroma. Flavour is rather dry, slight dusty yet smooth wheaty texture and flavour with nicely complimenting spice and orange peel notes. Dry and mildly spiced finish which continues along the smooth lines as the main flavour impression. Cleary not as sweet as the brewpub version I’ve had.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Almost clear pour, pale yellow, and with a white head. Spices, fruits and some wheat in the aroma. The flavor has wheat, grain and a little spicyness. Thin to medium body and a short, grainy/wheaty finish. Quite boring witbier. (070511)
