(On tap) Clear, pale amber with a creamy, white head leaving some laces. Fresh and malty nose with a fruity edge. Rather full body, sweetish malty with a soft, fruity touch. A pleasant subdued - for Apollo - bitterness making this quite a pleasant and sympathetic brew. 200406

An unclear yellow beer with a fine head. The aroma is maltsweet with notes of anise. The flavor is sweet, with notes of anise and orange, ending on a very slight bitterness. More like a summer beer, than an easter beer.

Sampled draught at the Danish Beer Festival.
Golden coloured and clear with no head. Sweet and really malty with a touch of herbs. Drier finish with some grassy bitterness.

Hazy golden color; creamy head. Very nice hop aroma. Good malty body, soft, some sweetness; very good hopping; just a bit aggressive in the late middle. Full mouth; very much enjoyable.

Hazy orange color; thick head, generous. Pleasant hop aroma (lighter than the Pilsner). Interesting body, just some malt but very good hop quality, pretty aromatic without being too bitter; the mouthfell is dryer than the Pilsner (which is my favourite) and with less malt. Aromatic palate, not too bitter as well.
