250ml on tap at Apollo, Copenhagen. Off-white head over a slightly hazy, mahogany coloured body. Roasted smell of dark malts with a yeasty touch. Bittersweet taste of malts and fruits. Short yeasty ending. Medium bodied (29.05.2008).

From tap at the brewpub Apollo in Copenhagen, served as Sct. Clemens Ale. Pours hazy reddish brown with a orange head. Aroma is floral, citric, bitterhops, caramel malt and brewmash. Amarillo. Soft mouthfeel. Sweet caramel and slight fruity flavoured. Finish is slight bitter but maintains a lot of the malty caramel sweetness.

Draft @ the brewpub. Hazy amber body with a small white head. Nose: Light fruityness, along with some light malts. Light malty flavor, ends slight fruity.

(On tap) Unclear orangey golden with a handsome, off-white head. Soft, malty notes. Absolutely no fruit, no bitterness, no finish. No matter how hard I try to squeeze just the slightest touch of flavour or character out of this "beer" it just won’t show. Waste of water. 291005

(On tap) Pretty, amber coloured beer, presumeably filtered. Rather small head. Incredibly dry with some underlying notes of caramel, but pretty much no sweetness. Dry, hoppy finish. An ale with typical British inspiration. 210505

On tap at the brewpub. A hazy brown ale, not very different from the Herning Ale (same restaurant / brewpub chain). Malty aroma and flavour, fairly well balanced. Nice enough.

[Flakhaven] A hazy amber beer with a huge light brown head. The aroma is fruity and spicy, where coriander stands out. The flavor is primarily of burnt caramel, but also has some notes of plastic, leading to a very dry finish. I hope this beer gets better as the brewery gets older and the brewmaster wiser.

[Herning] A dark red beer with very little head and not much aroma. It is slightly watery and flat, it not sweet at all but is very bitter - and brewed with a great sort of hops. I won’t recommend this beer try their pilsener og seasonal instead.

Amber color. Caramel nose, some malt and more… Light malt taste, but nice hop balance, with delicate aromas. Interesting.

Sampled draught at the Danish Beer Festival.
Dark amber. Neutral aroma. Big caramel malt flavour, yet with near thin and metalic mouthfeel. Just a hint of grassy bitterness. Unimpressive.
