Fur Lager er en undergæret øl af typen Lager. Den er mellemeuropæisk inspireret og brygget på tre forskellige malttyper, bl.a. chokolademalt – samt bitterhumle og aromahumle, som tilsættes ad fire gange.
En rolig og klar øl med farve som dyb, rødgyldent rav. Småboblende med tæt cremefarvet skum med lang holdbarhed, der giver fine blonder på glasset. Fur Lager har en frugtagtig duft med frisk tone af blomster. Og opleves som frisk, rund og med en karakterfuld velafbalanceret maltet smag.

50cl bottle from a trade with Rasmus40, thanks! Pours clear deep golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of toasted malt, caramel, spicy hops. Taste of heavy toasted malt, caramel, spices, medium carbonation.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast and hops with a cardboardlike note. Sweetish, yeasty and malty onset, replaced by hoppy bitterness, ending on a bitter, slightly cardboardlike note. Drinkable but nothing special. Just average.
