Appearance - 9 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8
Romans are mild citrus pith, resin and dry grain. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, add in some stone fruit and is fairly dry. A touch sweet in the finish up front but with a lingering bitterness. Pretty good.
