Bottled, date 01-11-2012, large sample. Slight hazy amber color, short frothy head. Aroma of spicy belgian yeast, slight grassy hop, some caramel malt. Bit sweet taste. 60 IBU according to the bottle? Didnt get that. Maybe a bit too much honey and spicyness from the yeast to make it easy drinkable.

33 cl bottle @ home. Hazy amber color. Huge off white head, rocky, with long retention and good lacing. Aroma’s: soft hoppy, fruity, yeast. Herbal hops and soft malty sweetness retronasal. Flavor is lightly caramellish sweet, with a mild upcoming bitterness. Medium bodied. Subtle bitter finish. Nice enough.

Bottle courtesy of Kermis. Poured a cloudy amber with a thin white head. The aroma is big malt and citrus fruit leading to a rich alcoholic, yeasty malt flavour with some yeasty fruit on the palate. A heart warming beer!
