17/6/2025. Draft at Shaka Brew, Pescara, Abruzzo. Pours slightly hazy amber bronze with a short lasting frothy off-white head. Aroma is sour berries, funky, lacto, red grape, leafy, grapefruit. Heavy bitterness, sour woody berries grape, salty edge. Medium body, light carbonation. Long bitter finish. Good but heavy duty.

A slightly hazy orange golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of sour strawberries and red grapes. Taste of sour dry strawberries, lacto, red grapes.
