As far as we know, When Pigs Fly is essentially the first of its kind: a fortified beer. We blended some whisky aged 5 years in some ex-stout casks into one of our favourite stout recipes.

A black beer with a tan lacing. Aroma of strong roasted dark malt, whiskey, coffee. Taste of whiskey, strong dark malt, roasted malt, vanilla, toffee. Slightly boozy.
