We’re thrilled to introduce FIKA — a spiced coffee porter brewed in celebration of Oulun Olutseura’s 35th anniversary!
True to its name, FIKA brings the “coffee break” to life. Infused with freshly roasted and ground beans from our local Industrial Strength Coffee, and spiced with a hint of cinnamon and cardamom for that korvapuusti twist, this porter offers rich coffee with a medium-light body, and slightly higher residual sweetness to balance the warming spices.

Smell of roasted malt, cardamom. Dark brown colour, light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, cardamom, some chocolate. Medium sweet, lightly bitter. Thick texture. Soft carbon. Somewhat watery.

Keg @ Craft Beer Helsinki March 2025.
Poured deep brown in color.
Thin malty layer upon loads of coffee. Served very cold though. Flavourful, but felt thin.
