We blended 1 and 2 year old lambic and macerated them on fresh mirabelle plums from Belgian soil. After 6 months, we removed them and barrel aged the lambic for another 3 months. At botteling we blended this barrel with a 3 year old pink rose lambic.

0,75l bottle at home during Charity Tasting. Amber hazy color, small white head. Smells stone fruits, flowery, plums, nice to very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes stone fruits, plums, grassy, flowery, earthy, citric. Finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of stone fruits, citric and grassy notes.

Bottle, 750 ml, shared at the charity tasting. Hazy orange with white head. Citrus, plums, peach, refreshing and vibrant with medium sourness.

A slightly hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of sour funky mirabelles, apricot, white grapes. Taste of dry tart mirabelles, apricot, funk, Apple skin.
