This tropical sour is brewed with guava puree and is named after a song by Scottish Musician, Barry Can't Swim. It has a perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavours, with vanilla ice cream enhancing its smooth finish.

Slightly aged sample Looks like pressed fruit, pink-orange. No head. Guava, passion fruit and other exotics. Very faint lactic acid - and fruitacids of course. Again - this is hardly beer. There is a faint minerality, and some thinning, compared to just guava juice. Fruitfilled, bit undercarbonated. To what extent is this still beer? Let every man decide for himself. Not very sour by the way. Txs to Stef!

Can from Appellation Wines. Cheers Ash. Lots of pulp in my pour - milky pink with no head. Looks a bit vault city. (Rhyming slang!) Aromas of guava and lime, faint vanilla. Taste is sweet tropical fruit and vanilla. Sweet finish.

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - murky creamy brown, like a puddle.
Nose - sweet guava, maybe mango and lime too. .
Taste - more guava, possibly a little lime again.
Palate - sweeter than expected, light to medium bodied.
Overall - not my favourite from Overtone.
