A variation on our 'It's Just a P-Haze'. Blend of 70% quince cider aged in stainless steel tanks and 30% barrel aged apple cider with the addition of a very small amount of hibiscus and fresh rosemary.

0,75l bottle at home. Vintage 2023. BB 05/2027. amber hazy color, small white head. smells apples, tannins, spices, earthy. nice smell. full body, bubbly carbonation. tastes spices, peppery, light horseradish, quince, apples, some oak, tannins, tobacco. finishes bubbly, lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of quince, pepper and earthy notes. rather decent one, pretty drinkable.

A clear golden colour, small white head. Aroma of quince, tart apples hints of rosemary. Taste of sour apples, quince, rosemary. Nice!
