A collab with Jeroen from Pomeskcider We blended 50% of 2 year old Riesling wine matured in stainless steel, with apple cider and a dash of quince cider. Bottled still and slightly oxidative.

Taster from 0,75l bottle at Wild Festival Groningen Session 3. Smells riesling. Tastes apples, earthy, tannins. Good one, grapes way more noticeable on the aroma. Taste was rather apple forward. Rather good one 7.6

A slightly hazy golden yellow colour, small white head. Aroma of tart apples, apple skin, funk. Taste of dry funky apples, apple skin, low carbonation.
