When EST regulars Masa Mama (FKA Con Mi Taco) finally opened up their own brick and mortar space, celebrating with an authentic Mexican beer that pairs with their innovative cuisine was a no-brainer. Making this a true collab, we used an heirloom varietal white corn from Mexico called ‘Cacahuazintle’, which MM use to make their hand crafted, to-die-for tortillas. The result is a unique malt-forward brew that compliments the cornucopia of modern flavours these culinary legends are known for. Crisp & crushable, you’re going to want to get lost in a glass or two, with a big ol’ plate of tacos, obviously.
