Amber with a light tan coloured head. Aromas of freshly baked bread and caramel peanuts. Medium bodied. Toasted biscuits first in the mouth followed by a caramel sweetness. Finishes with a lingering gentle roastiness. A ‘Bakers Beer’ that highlights the malt character.

Tap at the original HCMC Taproom. Poured a murky dark amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy off white head. The aroma is, caramel malt, biscuit dough, light red berry fruit. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, fruity, light alcoholic, floral woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
