A refreshing, light, hoppy, sour and very fruity tasting beer inspired by traditional Berliner Weisse ales. Naturally soured by live cultures and hopped with American and New Zealand hops. It's Juicy, dude. Originally brewed for GABS 2015.

Tried at the Craft Rooms Lincoln. Hazy pale golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma has floral hips and citrus. Taste light yeast to mid sour.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - golden with a decent head. A slight haze. Nose - citrus and apple vinegar. Taste - more of the same. Palate - light bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - lovely sour.

Bottle from Bridgend Service Station. Clear golden body with no head or lacing. Low carbonation. Aroma of lime and lemonade. Flavour of gooseberry and tonic water. Thin body with a spritzy mouthfeel. Light fizz. Sharp and refreshing. Very nice.

Bottle shared at Travlr departure tasting. Poured into a snifter showing neon yellow with three fingers of clean white foam. The nose shows cannabis with lighter notes of pineapple. The palate is light bodied and fully carbonated. Flavors of light juicy pineapple but fruit forward like juice with no bitterness.
