An NEIPA made with the prized Alphonso Mangoes and Honey Jackfruit sitting at 6% abv. We had a great time developing the brew with That Singapore Beer Project & Rocky Ridge Brewing Co. It took our collective guts to work a fruit as bold as the Jackfruit into a beer, but the results were well worth the effort and expenses that went in!

Tap at Heart of Darkness, Singapore. Poured a hazy chalky light golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, big zesty tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, fresh, tropical citrus, stone fruit, dry spicy, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft to average carbonation. Light, dry, spicy and juicy citrus. Highly sessionable.
