A big, juicy belter of a Pale Ale brewed to celebrate our friends and ‘People Who Know Their Beer’ Good Spirits Company’s ninth birthday.
Full bodied and juicy with tons of tropical and citrus flavour; fresh mango and passionfruit are right up front with pineapple and grapefruit pith adding zesty bite. This whole fruit bowl is comfortably supported by Extra Pale Maris Otter, oats and wheat, with a high finishing gravity for a sweetly satisfying mouthfeel. It’s a birthday party in a glass.

Hazy golden beer, thin head soon fizzled away. Smells fruity, with some mango and citrus zest and a bit of grassy hop. Flavour has bitter lemon, grassy dry hops again, stone fruit, a little mango and pineapple. Really leans into those dry, bitter notes in the finish with some maltiness there evening it out too. I could live with some more of the sweetness of those fruits coming through but this is pretty decent!
