Our latest East Coast style pale ale is heavily hopped with Motueka along with Simcoe, Southern Passion and experimental hop HBC 344. With those hops plus about 40% English Maris Otter in the grain bill and an English ale yeast, this beer combines new and classic flavors. Aromas of lime peel, pomelo zest, water melon rind and jasmine as well as fruity esters from the yeast.

On tap at Cellarmaker. Translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a thin white head. Aroma is earthy Hop, some rough grains, little straw. Little veg hop matter on the nose. Flavour is composed of raw grains, earthy citrus hop, lemon. Assertive bit dirty hop bitterness. Palate is light, grainy, highish carbonation. OK.
