Bright was created to be a clean and elegant showcase for one of our favorite hops - Mosaic! It is crafted with a simple malt bill and fermented with clean American Ale yeast to create a flavor profile that is more a function of its vibrant fresh ingredients than an expression of yeast character. Bright’s aroma is a cornucopia of citrus dank… The taste follows suit with notes of grapefruit, sweet berries, and clementine with a gentle orange rind finish. She is dry, soft, and adequately bittered resulting in a very approachable yet pungent Double IPA.

Can at home from my usual dealer in Amsterdam, J and B Craft Drinks, consumed at home, 29th September 24. Pours a pretty clear orange caramel colour. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit, aromatic, yep Bright. Taste is beautifully balanced and elegant, pine resin, grapefruit, a little malt, caramel, aromatic, pith and medium bitter, so easy to drink. Great west coast leaning DIPA

0,473l can from J&B Craft Drinks online store. Canned 21.3.2023. Hazy golden beer with medium, stable and cloudy natural white head. Aroma has sweet exotic fruits and hops. Flavor has sweet exotic fruits, hops, malts. Juicy, very juicy, slight bitterness at the end. In very good balance.

Can, courtesy of Matt. Pours somewhat hazy straw gold. Pineapple, grapefruit, berry, pine, light bitterness, bubblegum. Nice soft body. Excellent.

0,473 litre Can, from a trade, at home. Cloudy Golden with white head. Malts, hops, yeast, Fruity, sweetness, some herbal bitterness in The finnish.

Pours a hazy dark straw from a can. Nice citrus and pine aroma. Flavor is much more fruit-forward and sweet. Pretty good beer.

440ml can shared with the KL tasting crew. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light zesty tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a fresh, crisp, fruity, earthy mineral, light dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can in the Bokkereyder Release queue @ Mikkeller & Friends Bottleshop thanks to someone. Pours pale yellow with a small white head. Notes of melons, mango, dank herbal hops, citrus.
