Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a cloudy yellow color with a large foamy yellow-white head that left good lacing. The aroma was dry, chalky and citric. The flavor was tart, dry and bitter with lemon, citric acid, a bit of chalk and a touch of yeast. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.
