We had some stuff in the brewery. Cinnamon sticks, raw honey, ginger. We zested some oranges.
We thought a medium hop bill and a moderate alcohol would sit right.
We brewed ZakAttack Winter Ale to get us through the winter.

Adjuncts: Fresh orange zest, fresh white ginger, local buckwheat honey, whole cinnamon sticks
