ABV: 7.0%. Clear dark red brown colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, sweet malt, herbal spiced. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, dark malt, herbal - spiced. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20210605]

Bottle @ Home. Pours clear dark reddish brown with a offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light fruity, sweet potatoes, mild spice. Flavor is light sweet, mild spicy, malt, little fruit, sweet patatoes, little spice. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, light sweet finish. 060521

33cl bottle from Biiru's Christmas calendar. Pours clear, dark brown with a modest, tanned head. Malty and somewhat caramelly with earthy notes, hints of fruits and herbs. Sweet, but balanced with medium flavour intensity and bitterness on the lighter side. Rather nice, and it will probably be good for food pairing.
