Starting to get some effects of soft co2. On the finish, I do think I'm getting a small sense of alky in there, but you'd never know its over 6%. This brew is totally one sided; bitter black coffee that may have set in a diner coffee pot on a burner for a while. There, you have it. Got a long way to go to get as good as Market Garden Midnight Vorlauf Coffee Porter or even Narragansett Autocrat Coffee Milk Stout.
