Keg at the brewpub, Prague Day 2 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 30/09/14. Dull clouded yellow/ orange coloured pour with a fleetinghead. Aroma is harsh hot alcohol, fermenting banana, bready, varnish. Flavour is composed of sweet grains, banana and clove esters, warming alcohol, sweaty grassy hop matter. Palate has a full body, sweet, moderate carbonation. Lingering tart apple and warming alcohol.
