Cask at the mermaid st Albans. Aroma is tart red berry, cranberry, sweet caramel. Reddy re brown coloured pour with a thin off white head. Flavour is composed of tangy red berry, hint of smoke, spicy rye bread, grainy. Palate is semi sweet and tangy, lowish carbonation. Lingering little tartness and nutty malts.
