Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a dark copper color with a large foamy yellow-white head that left good lacing. The aroma was sweet sugar, yeast, peach, pear and white grape. The flavor was tangy and very sweet with notes of table sugar, peach, apricot, pear, white grape, yeast and a bit of mustiness. A hint of booziness. Long finish. Full bodied and smooth. Outstanding.

Sample at Brew Kettle (2009 version). The beer is a clear orange color with a very thin off-white head that diminishes quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of bananas and citrus plus some malt. Medium body with flavors of sweet malt and bananas along with some hoppy and spiced notes. The finish is grainy malt with a sweet fruity aftertaste. Decent overall.
