Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a dark amber color with a large foamy orange-white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was sweet and piney with notes of resin and tropical fruit. The flavor was sweet with notes of sugar and honey followed by pine, tropical fruit and pepper. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied. Well done.
