Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a hazy bronze color with a medium sized foamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was sweet, faintly citric and had notes of honey and toffee. The flavor was biterish, perfumey and citric with honey and toffee notes. Medium length finish. Medium body. Well done.

Sample at the tap room. Clear amber-orange color with a medium foamy white head that recedes gradually to a film. Sheets of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, caramel and slight hops. Light-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, fruit and mild earthy hops. The finish is sweet with a short malty aftertaste. Average overall.
