It’s one of Mountain Culture’s favourite international holidays: St Patrick’s Day.
This year we’re celebrating with a couple of big IPA’s to give everyone a truly authentic Irish experience the only way we know how.
For this NEIPA, we’ve leaned on the luck of the Irish to ensure that it’s a banger. We’ve taken their lucky number 7 and applied it to the hop regime, bringing back our cult favourite hopping technique, microdosing, adding 7 different hops across 7 days.
This has a created a NEIPA hazier than an Irish Winter’s day with more character than the inhabitants of The Temple Bar.

From a 500ml can on 19/3/2025. A coupe of days late for St Pats day, but close enough. Pours a milky golden with a medium head. The nose is mildly tropical with some minerally notes. Tastes of tropical and stone fruit, with a light but distinct spiciness presenting in the middle and carrying through to the finish. Pillowy mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Line and length in some ways, but comes together really nicely.
