Crush is everything you want it to be. It’s a 6.7% West Coast IPA. It’s light but nuanced — a blend of pale and pilsner malts. It’s a showcase for Krush, the sole hop deployed in this beer’s whirlpool and dry hop.
Known as HBC 586 for over a half decade, Krush is a cultivar we’ve long been fond of imbibing, yet we’ve had scant opportunity to use it ourself. Here we present the hop in all its multifaceted glory: nectarine, guava, apricot, orange citrus, mixed berry, and a touch of resin. You can’t blame us for losing our mind.

Great stuff. Ocelot on their A-game here. Super rich hops aroma here. Grapefruit, nectarine, lemon maybe. Golden pour with good head and really good lacing. Bitter end, medium body. Very nice. Tap at brewery.
