You know what they say... "Zest" sells. This is our Flagship White Ale that is light easy and evanescent. This beer gets late boil additions of Ginger, Lemongrass, Sweet Orange Peel, and Bitter Orange Peel.
If that is not enough it gets a Biotransformation Dry Hop of Mosaic to pull out more citrus goodness.

Draft at brewery. Number one with a bullet. Honey gold pour. Brief white head. Mild citrus aroma. Flavor is light tangerine, coriander and wheat malt. Light and refreshing.
