A beer that explains itself. Something Obscure is a Double NEIPA but with some unusual grain. Using Spelt and Chit malts with a heavily wheat forward NEIPA it gives a rich smooth mouth feel filling out loads of the body. Its Solely hopped with Idaho Gem giving it a ton of sweet fruit, clementine, and berry notes. Low carbonation helps smooth the mouth feel making the drinkability very easy for such a big beer.

16 ounce can from brewery. Number one with a bullet. Hazy yellow gold pour. Frothy white head. Mild aromas of citrus and berry. Soft malty flavor upfront. Notes of sweet grapefruit, lemon candy and red berries. Some dank citrus in the finish.
