Daring to try new things our beer saw an opportunity to take a Traditional Lager and make it modern. Using heavily caramel styled malts and chinook hops you start to get the base of a Amber lager but then in secondary fermentation spices and vanilla are added to give the carrot cake illusion to a nice easy beer.

16 ounce can from brewery. Number one with a bullet. Copper colored pour. Frothy beige head. Aromas of toasted malt, caramel and vanilla. Flavor is sweet toasted malt, caramel, vanilla and dark dried fruit. Mild carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel. Different.
