Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a cloudy apricot color with a medium sized creamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was chalky, bready and a bit citric. The flavor was tart, dryish and medicinal with a citric note. Long medicinal finish. Medium body. Disappointing.
