Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a deep, dark red with a medium sized creamy pink-white head that left good lacing. The aroma was tart and vinegary with notes of red wine and faint cranberry. The flavor was tart and sour with notes of wood, cranberry, bread and a touch of soy sauce. Very long finish. Medium body. Odd but nice.
