Now calling it Salz & Pfeffer Gose but its the same beer +++ Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a dark golden color with a small foamy white head that faded and left no lacing. The aroma was sweetish, tart and citric. The flavor was tart with a strong wood smoke presence followed by lemon and a hint of salt and pepper. Long finish of wood smoke and tart citrus. Medium body. Meh.
