Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a medium golden color with a medium sized foamy white head. The aroma was sour, tart and had a moderate golden fruit presence. The flavor was sour and tart with notes of peach, pear, salt, pepper and a sweet yeasty undertone. Medium length finish. Medium body. Well done.
