Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a black color with a small soapy beige head that left no lacing. The aroma was dryish, roasty and smoky. The flavor was dry and roasty with brewed coffee and hints of wood and smoke. Medium length finish. Flat and thin body. Disappointing.
