Cask at Swan, Stone. Pours dark ruby (as you might guess from the name !) with a small tan head. Thereโs a fruity aroma with plums and cherries plus some malts. In the mouth it is slightly sweet, but very smooth with a creamy texture.. Roasted malts and dark fruits (plums and raisins) in the flavour leading to a fruity and slightly dry finish. This is rather nice.
