Second version of a Hop forward IPA style pale ale. Brewed with pale, wheat and oat malts for a great body. Good levels of bitterness with the late addition of Centennial hops before a final assault from the dry hopping of Citra and Simcoe.

Cask at Square Bottle, Chester. Pours golden yellow with a small foamy off-white head and good lacing. There’s yeast and floral hops in the aroma. In the mouth it is sweet with a creamy texture and a little underlying bitterness. Flavour has floral hops and tangerines and later some underlying caramel and herbal traces. Sweetness lasts into the slightly dry finish. It’s reasonable enough.
