On tap at Cobbles, Sandbach (not yet listed on RateBeer). Pours a cloudy lemon yellow with a small foamy white head and good lacing. There’s nuts and citrus in the aroma. In the mouth it is quite sharp and juicy with plenty of floral hops and citrus. Grapefruit and lemon also come through later, whilst overall it sweetens a bit, leading to a tangy finish. This is reasonable and unlike many beers of this style you can actually tell it’s an IPA ! Still wasn’t particularly keen on it though.
