Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a bright golden-amber color with a large creamy-fluffy orange-white head that left incredible lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy pine. The flavor was sweet and tangy pine, cactus, pepper, a strong bitter presence, malty undertone and a touch of honey. Long finish. Full body. Solid.
