Sampled on draft this beer poured a dark brown color with orange highlights and a huge fluffy tan head that towered over the glass, lingered forever and left great lacing. The aroma was sour and bitey with vinegar and rough fruits. The flavor was tart and dry with red wine vinegar, a brief hint of chocolate, soy sauce, a hint of brett and a strong raspberry presence. Very long finsih. Medium body but almost undercarbonated. Wonderfully complex.
