Brewed in colab with The Beer Emporium, Sandbach as a fitting tribute to their manager who passed away recently. Idaho 7, jester and mosaic hops give this hop forward pale a great cutting eve that rounds out into floral notes.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Cask at Ship Aground, Stafford. Pours a solid gold with medium sized white head and good lacing. There’s a simple aroma of citrus and tangerine. In the mouth it is sweet with a creamy texture with flavours of malts, floral hops, melon and mango, leading to a bitter finish. This is quite nice and decidedly swiggable.
