Cask (gravity) at Smithifeld, Derby. Pours a bright lmeon yellow with minimal white head. Aroma has malts and bread rolls. In the mouth it is basically sweet but thereโs also some underlying sharpness. Flavour has mainly citrus and lemon, plus some grains. Finish is a little dry. Overall a bit thin โ flatters to deceive.
