Draught at Newcastle Beer and Cider Festival 2025. Golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, gooseberry. Taste is sweet & tart, gooseberry, appley, with some acidity. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, sweet gooseberry finish. Quite drinkable

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - cloudy orange with a quickly disappering white head and steady carbonation.
Nose - green apple, kiwi and gooseberry.
Taste - red apple skin, green apple, gooseberry and even something resembling plum or rhubarb.
Palate - sweet then bittersweet. Tangy and medium bodied. Fruit skin tannins.
Overall - quite a lot going on.
