Collaboration with Hidden River brewing. For this west coast pils, we combined our love of lager with Hidden River’s excellent taste in modern hops. We started with a simple single decoction mash with 100% German Pils malt and hopped through the boil with the Limey but laid-back NZ Wakatu hops. Pressure fermented with our house yeast, then dry hopped with Talus, and some Pacific Sunrise cryo. Light bodied with aromas of sweet fruit and melon.
