Keg at CBC Clerko, 24/03/17. Golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is tarte fleshy fruits, funk, wood must, subtle barrel, singed lemon rind, apple core rot. Taste comprises sharp and zest citric pissoi, funk, damp cloth, hay bale, sour berry fruit, light barrel notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with an acidic bite. Decent enough sour but doesn’t really deliver on the hefty ABV in terms of depth.

Keg at CBC Clerks - London. Pours rich, clear gold with a foamy topping. Acetic aroma, ripe berries, sweat. Light sweet flavour with moderate acidity, some jammy berries, a little old wood, salty leather. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Finishes with drug acidity, more sweat, ripe and jammy berries. Novel. Not bad.

Keg at Craft Event. It pours clear rich amber with a decent off-white head. The aroma is big vanilla, oak, bourbon, toasty coconut, sweet - sour, berry skin and tangy toffee. The taste is tart, bright acidity, sticky, sweet - sour, lemon rind, green apple skin, oak, quite tangy, pickled onion monster munch, vanilla, tannin and a bit of alcohol with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Good fun, but not a whole lot of depth. Decent enough, if a touch imbalanced (like me).
