Sample at Derive during the Saison and Sour Fest on 06/05/2021. Cloudy purple-maroon color with a minimal pink-ish white head that burns away quickly to a wispy film. Spotty lace. Aroma of strawberry, wheat and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of sweet-tart strawberry and blackberry, wheat and doughy malt. The finish is mildly tart and creamy with a mixed berry aftertaste. Good beer all around.
